If you are between the ages of 18-26 or know someone who is looking for an amazing opportunity this summer, come spend the summer as a Summer Intern here at City Rescue Mission.
- Requirements:
- High School Graduate between the ages of 18-26.
- Completion of application, reference, and medical release.
- Recommendation from Pastor (reference)
- Flexible, servant attitude
- Ministry experience
- Time Commitment- Dates for the summer internship is May 25th- July 27th.
- Financial Expectations- City Rescue Mission will cover housing and food during internship. Interns will need to cover the cost of their travel to and from City Rescue Mission.
- Paperwork- Prior to arrival at City Rescue Mission, all required documentation must be on file with Community Relations Manager at CRM. This includes a completed two-page application, reference form, and a copy of the notarized medical release.
Summer Interns will assist program staff with a variety of roles within their department. Those departments include Men's/Women's Shelter, Men's/Women's Bridge to Life Program, Kids Summer Program, Food Resource Center, and Administration. Interns will rotate every two weeks between departments to ensure everyone encounters all aspects of the Mission. We will also require a weekly bible study as a group that will be lead by various leaders within our organization.
